Stewart Boedecker and Athena Pappas are owners/winemakers at Boedecker Cellars, an urban winery in Portland, Oregon founded in 2003. Focused predominantly on Pinot Noir, Boedecker and Pappas use minimal intervention techniques, with every stage of the winemaking process done by hand.
