Viticulture and Oenology
A veritable "who's who" of Oregon wine gathers at the Art of Food and Wine event at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon. Phillip DeVito was the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan from 1972-1994 and is among those pictured, along with Salishan executive chef Rob Pounding.
