Description
Phillip DeVito stands in the wine cellar at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon, showing off a small part of his collection as well as his wine regalia. DeVito was maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan for 22 years and built a world-renowned wine collection.
