Abstract

Dave Hansen, professor emeritus of economics and former dean of students at Linfield College, delivers his "last lecture" to the college community, sharing some of his favorite stories.

Hansen joined the Linfield faculty in 1969 and retired in December 2012. He received his bachelor's degree from Willamette University and master's degree from Portland State University. Hansen served as Dean of Students for 22 years. He also briefly served as Linfield's tennis coach, and he has broadcast numerous Linfield Wildcat football games.
