Abstract

Students enrolled in the Regional Interdisciplinary Internship course prepare final presentations covering all of their work during the spring semester and present their work to their colleagues, Linfield staff and faculty, community partners, and community sponsors of the internship programs. Yin "Jaffy" Xiao interned with the Yamhill Enrichment Society (YES) and gave this presentation as part of her Kemper Internship during 2012.

As part of her internship, Xiao built a website for YES, a local nonprofit organization that aims to enrich Yamhill County (Oregon) with projects supporting education and the arts, food, agriculture, and history and community.
