This work appeared in Guggle Revo at the Linfield Gallery at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.
Building 711 measures 8 inches by 12 inches.
In my photography I focus on the urban blight, parts of cities which fall into disrepair and decay. This falls under the category of social realism, documenting the lives and tangibles of the working class and the poor. My works depict lower-income urban areas as well as derelict industrial zones. Through the use of color, I hope to create an emotional response in viewers and engage them to reconsider these, at times forgotten, places in society.
